Rum-Butterscotch Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 c Firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/2 c Butter or margarine
2 tb Light corn syrup
2 tb Dark rum

INSTRUCTIONS

In small, heavy saucepan over med heat, bring to a boil sugar, cream,
butter and corn syrup, stirring occasionally. Boil 5 minutes. Remove
saucepan from heat; stir in rum. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
