Saucepan Stuffing and Seasoning Mix

INGREDIENTS

1 ts Ground sage or poultry seasoning
1 ts Chichen bouillon granules
1 tb Dried chopped celery
2 ts Dried minced onions
2 ts Dried parsley leaves–crushed
1/8 ts Pepper
Makes 1 pack
1 1/4 C water
3 tb Butter or margarine
1 pk Stuffing seasoning mix (see above)
4 c Partially dried bread cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

STUFFING SEASONING MIX
SAUCEPAN STUFFING
in a medium pan, combine water, butter or margarine and stuffing seasoning
mix. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium; simmer about 5 minutes. stir
in bread cubes. cook 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is abosrbed, stirring
continues, cover;remove from heat let stand 5 mins. before serving.
VARIATIONS: add more or less water, accord to how you like it. I've used
some turkey juice in place of water-if oily turkey juice, omit butter. also
can add celery, etc. and adjust seasoning to your taste...
