INSTRUCTIONS
1. Diagonally slice the sausages and place in a bowl with the pasta, red
pepper, salad onions, apple, mayonnaise, herbs and seasoning to taste.
2. Mix well and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves. Serve chilled.
