Sausage Stuffing with Peppers

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Pork sausage
8 oz Plain dry stuffing mix; breadcrumbs or croutons
1 md Onion; minced
1 ts Oregano flakes
1 ts Basil flakes
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3 Habaneros (or other hot peppers, according to taste) seeded and minced

INSTRUCTIONS

In a big bowl, combine the sausage, onion and peppers and mix well. Add
oregano, garlic and basil. When spices are distributed, add in the stuffing
or croutons and stir until mixed thoroughly and of an even consistency.
Press into an 8 inch square baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes in the
same oven as the turkey (the longer you leave it in, the browner and
crustier the top and sides get- yum!)
