Sausage Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Sausage meat
4 tb Minced onion
8 c Freshly made dry bread crumbs
1 ts Freshly ground pepper
2 tb Minced parsley
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat a skillet and add the sausage, crumbling it into small bits as it
cooks. Brown lightly and remove to a bowl, leaving the drippings in the
skillet. Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add the crumbs,
pepper, and parsley, and cook 1 minute more, stirring to mix well. Toss
with the sausage meat and salt.
