2 ts Prepard mincd garlic; (jarred)
2 lb Cooked and cleaned med shrimp
Salt and fresh ground pepper
1 Lemon; juice of
A bed of fresh colorful
1 ts Dijon mustard
Lettuce
1/2 c Olive oil
Crusty hot Italian bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Pat the shrimp dry. In a bowl add all the spices and oil and toss well.
Arrange over lettuce and garnish with artichoke hearts and/or hearts of
celery.
Serve with hot bread and a soft cheese (room temp).
