Sliced Tangerines in Curacao

INGREDIENTS

6 Seedless tangerines; up to 8
3 tb Curacao or other orange liqueur; up to 4
Mint sprigs; if available

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel tangerines and cut into thin, crosswise slices. If slices are large,
cut rounds in half. (Can be done a day ahead.) About an hour before ready
to serve, toss fruit gently with liqueur. Present in a glass bowl,
garnished with mint if desired.
