CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Dairy 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 pk Cream cheese
1 sm Jar of pepper jelly
2 sm Twigs
1 sm Carrot carved for nose
1 sm Plastic hat top hat
1 sm Ribbon for scarf
Whole pepper corns for eyes; mouth, and buttons
One wooden skewer

INSTRUCTIONS

With cream cheese make one large, one medium, one small ball and assemble
the snow man body just like you would a real one on a decorative tray. Cut
wooden skewer to same height as snowman and drive through the center,
covering the tip of the skewer so that it does not show (that is if you
don't have the hat). Then carve a nose to fit the size of your snowman and
place in center of head. Take the peppercorns and place for eyes, mouth and
button. Place ribbon around neck for scarf. Top with hat (I found a plastic
top hat in a cake decorating store, but he is just as cute without it).
Place the small twigs after rinsing of course
:) where arms should go. Spread the pepper jelly on the tray around the
snowman and serve with crackers. Be sure to take the first bite, my guests
think he is so cute they don't want to mess him up, but of course this
defeats the purpose.....If any is left over...I just reshape it and make
another snowman for the family to enjoy the next day!!
