INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Celery, chopped
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1/4 c Butter/margarine, melted
4 c Bread crumbs, dried
1/2 c Sour cream
1/4 c Lemon, diced peeled
2 T Lemon rind, grated
1 t Paprika
1 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients
and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
