2	ts	Peeled; finely minced fresh ginger
2	ts	Peeled; finely minced garlic
1/2	c	Soy sauce
2	tb	Rice vinegar (up to)
2	tb	Hot chile oil (could reduce this)
2	tb	Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
