INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Extra lean ground beef or sausage; browned
1 c Chopped onion
2 Cloves garlic
14 1/2 oz Tomatoes
12 oz Tomato paste
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Dried oregano
1/4 ts Dried thyme
1 Bay leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 10
to 12 hours.
