INSTRUCTIONS
Cut zucchini in 1/2" slices. In large skillet over medium-high heat, saute
zucchini and onion in oil 5 minutes, stirring often. cut SPAM into 8
slices; halve each slice. Add potatoes, carrots, and SPAM to skillet; pour
tomatoes over all. Sprinkle with herbs. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or
until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
