INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375'F. In large saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Cook
and stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in SPAM and broccoli; heat
thoroughly. Pour into 2-quart casserole. In medium bowl, combine pancake
mix and Cheddar cheese. In small bowl, stir together milk, egg and oil. Add
to pancake mix; stir until combined. Spoon topping over SPAM mixture.
Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 20-25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
