INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: Find a tube in which to stack the items inside to create a
form. Begin placing the items inside the tube, starting with the tomato
slice, mozzarella cheese, roasted pepper, eggplant, baby lettuce, mashed
potatoes, mushroom, salsa, finishing with olive. Gently press down into
tube and then release form onto plate. Serves 4.
