INSTRUCTIONS
DRESSING
Soak arame or hijiki in water for 10 minutes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Drain. Lightly steam carrots. Rinse with cold water to set color. Cook
pasta as package directs. Rinse and drain. Mix pasta, arame, carrots,
and green onions. Prepare dressing. Add to salad. Mix well. Chill.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 5-6 servings
