Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake

INGREDIENTS

2/3 c Bananas; mashed
1/2 c Butter; softened
3 Eggs
2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon
3/4 c Water
1 c Walnuts; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, beat the bananas and butter until creamy. Add the eggs
and beat well.  Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; add
to banana mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition.
Stir in nuts.  Spoon into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350F
for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool.
