INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter
1 lb Sweet onions; sliced
1/4 c Good olive oil
1 tb Honey
1/3 c Garlic; chopped
1/4 c Dry marsala wine
(about 12 cloves)
Fresh grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over med. heat. Add garlic and stir
briefly. Add onions, cover and cook until soft. Add honey, reduce heat to
low. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add wine. Cook 5
minutes more. Toss with pasta, serving cheese at the table to sprinkle
over.
Note: This is GREAT with Vidalia onions.
