Sweet and Sour Spareribs #2

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Spareribs; cracked into 2 to 3 inch pieces
1 ts Monosodium glutamate
3 tb Soy sauce
1/2 c Prepared mustard
1 c Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Have butcher cut ribs into small pieces. Bake ribs at 325° for 1-1/2 hours.
Drain on paper towels. Make sauce with remaining ingredients, then brush on
ribs. Return ribs to 300° oven for 45 minutes. Baste several times while
cooking.
