INSTRUCTIONS
Boil sweet potatoes, peel, and mash them. Add cider, seasonings, and 1/3
cup of butter. Mix well. Place in greased baking dish. Dot with remaining
butter. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
