Tropical Broiled Chops

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tb Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tb Lime juice
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1/4 ts Minced garlic
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1/8 ts Red pepper flakes, crushed
1 1/2 lb Pork loin chops

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bag with a tight fitting seal, combine all ingredients in order
listed. Seal bag and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours or
overnight, turning bag occasionally to distribute marinade. Preheat
broiler. Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade. Place chops on
the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for
4 minutes. Turn chops and broil 3 to 5 minutes more or until done.
