Turkey-Apple-Cheese Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 c Mango chutney
8 7-grain sandwich bread slices
1/2 lb Thinly sliced smoked turkey
1 1/2 Fuji or Gala apples (sliced into 24 pieces)
1/4 lb Thinly sliced muenster cheese
Vegetable cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine yogurt and chutney, and stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt
mixture over each of 4 bread slices; top each with turkey, apple, cheese,
and a bread slice.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat
until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
Yield: 4 servings.
Per serving: 384 Calories; 14g Fat (34% calories from fat); 21g Protein;
43g Carbohydrate; 59mg Cholesterol; 533mg Sodium
Serving Ideas :
NOTES : A substantial bakery-quality whole-grain bread is best for this
hearty sandwich that's a meal in itself.
