Grill Directions;
1. Heat Grill. In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into
~6 patties, 1/2 inch thick
2. When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. Place patties on gas grill
over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook
10-12 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink in the center, turn once.
Broiler Directions;
1. Prepare patties as directed above.
2. Spray broiler pan with non stick cooking spray. Place patties on
spray-coated pan. Broil 44 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or
until burgers are no longer pink in the center, turning once.
SUE: *the only thing I did differently was to use spagetti sauce instead of
ketchup/tomato sauce. Try it - they really are good and low fat.*
