INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | White vinegar |
| 1 | tb | Sugar |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Pepper |
| 1/2 | ts | Cayenne or red pepper flakes |
INSTRUCTIONS
