White Beans With Tomato, Basil, And Parmesan

INGREDIENTS

1 T Olive oil
3 Cloves garlic
3 c Great northern beans
1 1/2 c Tomato, chopped
1/4 c Basil
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 T Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

In a skillet, heat oil over low heat.  Add garlic and cook, stirring
occasionally, for 4 minutes or until lightly colored and fragrant.
Stir in the beans, tomato, and basil and cook for 7 minutes or until
heated through and the tomato has released its juices.  Stir in  cheese
