All of the more than 300 Old Testament prophecies about the first coming
of the Messiah were fulfilled in the life of Christ.  Here are a few of
them together with the record of their fulfillment in His life:

1.  PROPHECY (Isaiah 11:1).  Whose descendent would the Messiah be?

Who is he (I Samuel 16:19)?

FULFILLMENT (Luke 1:31-33)

2.  PROPHECY (Micah 5:2).  He would be born in what city?

FULFILLMENT (Matthew 2:1-6)

3.  PROPHECY (Isaiah 7:14).  How would Christ be born?

FULFILLMENT (Matthew 1:18-25)

4.  PROPHECY (Isaiah 40:3).  How would Christ’s coming be announced?

FULFILLMENT (Matthew 3:1-3)

Who was the forerunner?

5.  PROPHECY (Isaiah 53:4-6).  Was Christ to suffer and make atonement for
our sins?

FULFILLMENT (I Peter 2:24,25)

6.  PROPHECY (Zechariah 9:9).  How would He ride into Jerusalem?

FULFILLMENT (Matthew 21:1-5)

7.  PROPHECY (Psalm 69:21).  He would be given what to eat and to drink?

FULFILLMENT (Matthew 27:34,48)

8.  PROPHECY (Psalm 34:20).  What would be His condition?

FULFILLMENT (John 19:33,36)

9.  PROPHECY (Psalm 22:18).  What would men do with the garments of Christ?

FULFILLMENT (Matthew 27:35)

10. PROPHECY (Psalm 16:9,10).  What would happen to Christ’s body?

FULFILLMENT (Luke 24:1-47)
