  • 1975 moves headquarters from ‘Apollo’ to Los Angeles,CA shortly after which Ron Hubbard becomes a recluse.
  • 1977 raided by FBI in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles on charges of burglary, obstruction of justice, wire tapping, harboring fugitives, conspiracy.
  • 1984 Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Paul G. Breckenridge, Jr. offered the following opinion:
      ‘In addition to violating and abusing its own members’ civil rights, the organization over years with its ‘Fair Game’ doctrine has harassed and abused those persons not in the church whom it perceives as enemies. The organization clearly is schizophrenic and paranoid, and this bizarre combination seems to be a reflection of its founder
